These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of xoxolovegame.com (the "Site"), the Love Game™ application, and any related services or newsletters (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Love Game™, including its name, branding, logos, artwork, illustrations, characters, written content, software, audiovisual presentation, narrative structure (including Darkland, Murkland, Loveland, and Ecstasy), and other original creative expression (collectively, the "Content"), is owned by Love Game or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Prohibited Uses

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any portion of the Content.
Create unauthorized derivative works based on the copyrighted content or artwork of Love Game.
Use the Love Game name, branding, or confusingly similar identifiers in a manner that may cause confusion.
Scrape, mirror, rehost, or republish substantial portions of the Site or its assets.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code where prohibited by applicable law.
Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access or interact with the Service in an unauthorized manner.
Interfere with the security or operation of the Service or introduce malicious software.
Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized commercial purposes.

3. Fan Content and Sharing

You may share screenshots or images generated through your own personal gameplay, including reflection cards or results, for personal, non-commercial purposes, including on social media. However, you may not redistribute standalone game assets, artwork, templates, or written content outside the context of your own gameplay or imply endorsement or ownership by you.

4. Entertainment Disclaimer

Love Game is intended solely for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or mental health advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional evaluation or treatment. Any results or reflections generated by the game are informational in nature and should not be interpreted as diagnoses or assessments.

5. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Love Game and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Suspension and Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or unlawful conduct. We also reserve the right to protect our intellectual property and enforce these Terms through available legal remedies, including requests for removal of infringing content where appropriate.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
